This is one of the most important committees of our structure. Its functions:

• Voting for candidates to join the General Assembly
• Voting for the committees coordinators
• Accumulating voting power to participate in proposal processes

Delegates

General Assembley Elections

Top 21 Delegates (ranked by Voting Power in HMQ tokens) are participating in voting for General Assembley members. Each Delegate has 5 votes and must vote for 5 other delegates. Elections are held every 3 months.

Committee Coordinators Elections

1. All empty positions are filled by the Humaniq Genesis Team members.
2. Delegates may nominate their candidature for the role of the committee coordinator. Voting takes place in the same way: all applicants vote for each other for 3 participants from all, with a single point for each one. They cannot vote for themselves.
3. The ranked list of applicants is sent to the General Assembly for the final selection of the person.
4. The General Assembly has the right to remove a person from the role of head of the committee at any time, also by voting.
