The main governing body for protecting the organization from malicious decisions. It will exist until the community of contributors reaches the level at which project management can become completely autonomous. The assembly includes 5 members of the genesis community. The tasks of the council include:

• General management and strategic direction of the project
• Keeping multisig and budget
• Creating a development strategy for the season
• Ensuring the work of the project in accordance with the Humaniq DAO mission
