We are the operations working group. We are a multi-skilled team with backgrounds in strategy, finance, human resources, and operations. We manage the inner workings of the DAO so it runs as efficiently as possible.

Mission

We are the Secretariat. Our aim is to make DAO as easy as ABC.

Vision

• Handle recruitment and operate as HR of the DAO.
• Create onboarding and work flows.
• Grant proposal reviews.
• Book keeping, budgeting, reporting. Caring for overall capital health of the DAO.
• Research, advocate and execute helpful tools/initiatives for Treasury management
• Collaborate with communications team on special initiatives.
