Abstract

Like any enterprise, a DAO must have a set of initial laws by which participants will interact. This document will be updated and edited as contributors upgrade the logic of the organization.

Election Process

General Assembley Elections

Top 21 Delegates (ranked by Voting Power in HMQ tokens) are participating in voting for General Assembley members. Each Delegate has 5 votes and must vote for 5 other delegates. Elections are held every 3 months.

Committee Coordinators Elections

  1. All empty positions are filled by the Humaniq Genesis Team members.
  2. Delegates may nominate their candidature for the role of the committee coordinator. Voting takes place in the same way: all applicants vote for each other for 3 participants from all, with a single point for each one. They cannot vote for themselves.
  3. The ranked list of applicants is sent to the General Assembly for the final selection of the person.
  4. The General Assembly has the right to remove a person from the role of head of the committee at any time, also by voting.

Getting Started

One of the main tasks of our DAO is to create a workflow device model in such a way that new members of the community can easily be onboarded. This page will help with understanding of the possible ways of cooperation but here we’d like to describe this process more detailed. Let’s start from the consensus which is quite important for self-organizing communities. Different initiatives require different degrees of involvement and the amount of necessary resources for their implementation. That’s why we have three stages of approval.

Proposal Process

1. Temperature Check

The first step is gauging the general interest and support of the DAO.
